I just found a pretty cool website. Lots of image editing tools you can use online. No downloads required, all you need is a web browser they say. I haven't had a chance to join up and try it yet, but it looks like a great resource for our members who don't have a full suite of theme programs at their disposal. This is something you could use even if you visit from a library or internet cafe.
