How To Use Animated Theme In N73 Me - Forums

hi,

there are different animated themes available for n73. but when i try to install them i get a message saying ' incompatible application, install it anyway'. i go ahead. but i get a normal theme ,not an animated one. why so? whereas in theme section there are lot of animated themes for n73! where am i doing the mistake. everytime i try to install an animated theme another small application gets installed. hope they are not harmful.

can anyone help me out to solve the problem. many many thanks.

that little application that installs along with the theme has an option to enable/disable animation
as for incompatibilty error i wouldn't worry too much

serch in folder ownskin 

enter to aimator4 application 

then

Here is the  Animator4.zip (51.33K)
Number of downloads: 96
Install to your handset, access it via your menu as normal then when in "animator4" you can....

1: Turn animation on or off
2: Change the speed of the animation
3: Turn Flash Screensaver on or off
4: Adjust Screensaver wait time

Reference "incompatible message do you want to proceed"....
This message always appears & i have never known this to be harmful when installing these type of themes on my N73,
simply press "yes"

If you later remove the animated theme, sometimes it automatically removes the "animator4" as well,
so keep this file handy for future use.

sorry for my late response. it means that the screensaver is animated not the home screen one like nokia 6300. many many thanks once again.

by the same application you can make screensaver animated but the file must be .swf and the file on
the other folder

at last it worked. now i have an animated theme. i downloaded one from the forum. thank you very much. now i have to now how can i make such a theme. thinking of starting a new thread. thanks again.

i forgot the app. thanks for the reminder. its Aimator4 not Animator4.
