the theme from that link is wrong.
when you download the theme, then it is a .sis file and not a .nth file.
the screenshot is right, but the uploaded file is not for Nokia S40, but for Symbian S60.
so..., it has to be removed.

nokia s40 is still better than SE. in my expierence and Symbian S60 is the best.
nokia is easer to use than SE.

i have noticed this too, when i was making themes. it's because not all areas support transparency. e.g like the navi-pane background, the status area background, the control area background...etc

the phone hackers are working very hard to hack the new firmwares. up till now no succes....
that's why i doubt to buy the S60 FP2 phones...........

i hate to say this, but...this version is a limited version of the N96 and it is ONLY available in CHINA.
for a price of something like $1499.

check the link. you'll be surprised.... you'll also get a doll of Bruce Lee, when you buy this version.
