Phoneage – Nokia Booklet 3G Impressions
The wonderful people of WomWorld have sent us a Nokia Booklet 3G to review and to play with for 2 weeks. We decided to create an impressions video, but if you’ve seen our other videos, you would know that this ain’t gonna be your run of the mill tech-impressions video. We hit the streets of downtown Toronto, Canada to ask random people what they thought of the Booklet 3G. All of the participants got to play around with the Booklet, and were given the specifications and the predicted pricing.
The verdict? Most of these guys didn’t like the Booklet 3G. The “@” key placement was odd, the performance was rather slow, and it is quite expensive. The pros were the 8-10 hour battery life and the chicklet style keys. Although most of these guys, including myself, didn’t really like the Booklet, this little Nokia laptop appears to be a technological marvel compared to the Apple iPad – but let’s not go there.. yet.
