I got the same issue, tried installing both ways.From the PC and also from the device.It gives the same error about the certificate and to contact the administrator.I bought this phone as unlocked here in US.Please advice.Thanks.

hey, it says something about the certificate and to contact the administrator, do you have any clue about why does it happen? I can't install any of this fabulous themes. pleasethanks
