may be ma bad
mean may be i didn't see it
so if it already exist or if the moderators and other people think this is not helpful for others they can delete it i have no problem in that

so here is the method how to upload pictures in the forum

First you have to make account on image hosting site
You can use these
http://photobucket.com/
http://www.imageshack.us/
i use imageshack.us
so this method is with that image hosting site
make up your account there
and upload the pictures as follows
At the front page when you will be done with your account making
you will get a page like this
go to the red highlighted area press upload picture
a box will open like this
Click on the browse button to browse the file where you have putted it
when you are done with it
press upload
Then the upload picture will be there on the page like this
there will be 5 icons on the right side of the pic you will have to click on the 2nd one
this is for image details click on that and it will direct you onto another page where you will have the details of the image you have uploaded
On this page you will
have to copy the following marked code in red
when you done with all this
then come back to the forum where you are replying
On that page you see somthing like this
click on the marked button
You will get something like this
here you will have to paste the copied link
which you copied from image hosting site REMEMBER
And after you paste the link click ok
and the picture is right there in the box you are relying
I hope it help you to upload pictures in the forum
and i made it damn simple even a 5 year kid read it
will get to know how to do so
