Hi all,

I'm a newbie with theme creation...

I'm using InkScape and Carbide Theme Edition. I'm battling to figure out how to make a simple transparent highlighter bar in InkScape...

A good example of what I'm trying to do is in Xavier's AERIALS themes...

Help would be much appreciated...

Regards,
Barend

Please check Si's Skills List while you wait for an answer.
Dhanusaud is an inkscape master, but he is on a bit of a break.

Select what you want transparent, go to 'Object/Fill and Stroke' and you will see a transparency slider.
Remember though , not all elements in Carbide support transparency.
