I think all theme makers does knows that Nokia Forum has released some plugins for specific handsets. If anybody had installed them then I think he/she is facing problems with the themeing environment.
I was testing E75 plus 5th edition, E66 & E71 plugin since last two moths. The plugin "5th edition" does have big problems & conflicts with "ESeries Plugin". So, worth is keep distance from installing all E66, E71, E75 plugins.
If you are making themes specially for 5th edition then I recommend you to use 5th edition plugin but if you are making themes for multiple handset then keep distance.
E75 plugin is awesome plugin, if you make themes in E75 plugin then it will be compatible with E66, E71, E52, E75 and other Eseries handsets. If you are making themes specially for Eseries then I recommend you to install "E75 Plugin" instead of installing "E66 Plugin" & "E71 Plugin"
Again Nokia Forum has released N97 Plugin & according to my friend tehk it has conlfict with "5th Edition Plugin" & "E75 Plugin". So if you are making themes don't install this "N97 Plugin" if you are not making themes specially for N97.
Quick Note:
Carbide 3.4 + E66 Plugin + E71 Plugin + E75 Plugin = Will Work without any problems
Carbide 3.4 + E66 Plugin + E71 Plugin + E75 Plugin + 5th Edition Plugin= Will not work in any case
Carbide 3.4 + E66 Plugin + E71 Plugin + E75 Plugin + N97 Plugin= Will not work in any case
Carbide 3.4 + 5th Edition Plugin + N97 Plugin= Will not work in any case
Carbide 3.4 + E75 Plugin + N97 Plugin= May work on Carbide's 1st Install
Carbide 3.4 + E75 Plugin + 5th Edition Plugin= Works on Carbide's 1st Install (May have problem if you have installed/uninstalled E66, E71 Plugin)
Carbide 3.4 + N97 Plugin= Will work without any problems
Carbide 3.4 + 5th Edition Plugin= Will work without any problems
Carbide 3.4 + E66 Plugin + E71 Plugin + N97 Plugin = Will Work without any problems
Carbide 3.4 + E66 Plugin + E71 Plugin + 5th Edition Plugin = Will Work without any problems
