I believe you would have to manually drag and drop those .svg into their respective icons .

Someone please correct me if I am wrong!

You can only replace icons by modifying and replacing existing icons in a theme project in Nokia Carbide. Afterwards, you would need to compile and package that theme file into a .sis file that allows you to install it into your phone
