can any1 tell me how to make scrolll bars for nokia themes and what programme i need ? any help much appreciated

You can use any graphics programs such as Photoshop,Paint.Net etc, just make the bars the correct size and paste them in, just as you would any other element.
If you want to keep them svg then you will need a vector editor such as Adobe Illustrator, there is a free one called Inkscape, and also you will find an online one at Aviary.com.
